The Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) program is designed to advise Medicaid eligible families on preventive health services that are available to them, i.e. well baby visit, immunizations and vaccines etc.

Eligibility: To be eligible for this program you must have an active TANF case.

No application is necessary.  All new TANF customers who meet the criteria will be contacted by the agency.
